The foundation
I focus on coaching individuals and teams to become better leaders — not through management or enforcement, but through empowerment and personal awareness.
I've found that the more effective a leader becomes, the stronger their interpersonal relationships. And the strength of those relationships is built on something deeply personal: self-awareness.
I help team leaders learn how to lead instead of manage, so that leading a team feels fulfilling instead of frustrating. When it clicks, it just flows. Everybody does their work, they enjoy it, and you reach your business goals.
At the root of this work is the spirit of Ubuntu — the Southern African philosophy captured in the Zulu proverb Umuntu ngumuntu ngabantu: "I am, because we are." It reminds us that our humanity and our leadership are inseparable from the people around us. When we lead from this place, everything shifts.
When we truly see the people around us — Sawubona — and they feel seen — Sikhona — everything changes. Leadership becomes a natural expression of who we are, not a role we perform. This is Ubuntu in action.
